We recently found an article by Abigail Aaronson, an experienced healthcare professional, about the importance of plastic surgery. She discusses the argument of elective versus non-elective surgeries according to insurance companies. Her argument is that though some plastic surgery is unnecessary, certain procedures are more crucial for quality of life. Aaronson says, “While plastic surgery is considered to be elective by the insurance companies, others see it for the life enhancement that it can be.” What do you think? Do you agree with Abigail?
