Using various skin treatments and injectables, our nurse aesthetician can smooth away wrinkles, reverse the signs of aging, and leave your skin looking refreshed and healthy. Lowcountry Plastic Surgery Dermal Filler Policy
Thank You for choosing Lowcountry Plastic Surgery Center for your Dermal Filler needs. We appreciate your confidence. We will do our best to accomplish your cosmetic needs and accommodate your busy schedule.
Our dermal fillers are priced per syringe. This price includes your first treatment plus one additional treatment if any filler remains following the initial injection. There will be a $50 charge for additional injections with any remaining filler.

Matrix Fractional Laser
Matrix Fractional Laser is a state-of-the-art technology used at Lowcountry Plastic Surgery Center. This non-ablative laser works deep into the skin to remove such imperfections as acne scars, age/brown spots, wrinkles around the eyes, and others. Combining the effectiveness of an aggressive laser with the gentleness and safety of a non-invasive treatment, the Matrix Fractional Laser offers minimal recovery after every procedure. Additionally, no anesthesia or sedative is required with the use of the Matrix Fractional Laser.

Chemical Peels
Chemical peels using alphahydroxy acids such as glycolic, lactic or fruit acids are a mild but effective way to smooth and improve the texture of the skin. As one of the many skin treatments offered at our Mt. Pleasant area practice, chemical peels are an in-office procedure that take only a few minutes. Once your face has been cleansed, a chemical solution is applied to the skin. Over the course of the next several days, you may experience some redness and flaking. When the dead layers of skin have peeled away, the younger, healthier layers of skin will be revealed. Best results are seen when the peels are performed in a series of treatments spaced three to four weeks apart and a good skin care regimen is being used at home. Chemical peels are a recommended treatment for those individuals with facial blemishes, fine lines, and uneven skin tone.
Chemical peels are an effective and affordable way to help restore that youthful glow to your skin. In addition, they are a great way to prepare for and enhance your surgical results. We offer a variety of peels including glycolic, modified Jessners, lactic acid, and the Vitalize Peel®.
