Study reveals men purchase skincare products now more than ever before

Wednesday, December 21st, 2011

Taking care of your skin isn’t just for the ladies. A recent study by the NPD group says that in 2011, men spent 12 percent more on skincare products than the 5 percent raise in 2010. From skin creams to washes, moisturizers to exfoliating products, men have just as much of an option these days as women do to keep their skin looking clean, fresh and youthful. While men admit to buying mostly male-oriented products, they’re open to peels, laser treatments and other solutions to keeping their skin healthy.

Men, call us today at (843) 971-2860 if you would like to schedule a consultation. Find out how our services can start rejuvenating your skin today.

“Plastic Surgery- Elective? Maybe. Important? Yes!”

Thursday, December 2nd, 2010

We recently found an article by Abigail Aaronson, an experienced healthcare professional, about the importance of plastic surgery. She discusses the argument of elective versus non-elective surgeries according to insurance companies. Her argument is that though some plastic surgery is unnecessary, certain procedures are more crucial for quality of life. Aaronson says, “While plastic surgery is considered to be elective by the insurance companies, others see it for the life enhancement that it can be.” What do you think? Do you agree with Abigail?
